This Privacy Statement applies from April 1, 2018 and supersedes previous versions of our Privacy Statement, in which we also informed you about the processing of your personal data.

2 Who is the data controller for the processing of your personal data?
2.1 Den Hollander is the data controller for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the applicable law.
3 Which of your personal data does Den Hollander process?
3.1 We process personal data to provide our services. If you have opened an account as customer on our website, we may amongst other things process the following personal data of yours: your name, address, telephone number, email address, login credentials for accessing account.

5 What is the legal ground for using your personal data?

6 How long do we retain your information?
